I’m a London based lead UX designer & researcher with over 10 years of experience. I’m able to facilitate outcome driven experience design to bring about positive change in peoples lives, while understanding the restraints and identifying business opportunities. Investigating what motivates people and exploring their context, is an ongoing passion.
I practice a Lean/Agile UX design methodology to provide strategic design thinking for complex, constantly evolving, web applications, products and services.
This requires me to build mental models and maps which help cross functional teams empathise with people, understand their context, frame their problems and gather assumptions, to formulate hypotheses. Then design experiments, measure success and iterate - continuously.
It is an outcome focused, goal driven, iterative and collaborative approach to continuously evolving a person's experience of a product or service.
